I graduated from the 3000 hr Massage Therapy program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2009 and returned to WCCMT Victoria as a clinic supervisor from 2012-15.
Since then, I have been in private practice working with clients to find the right techniques and methods to increase bodily awareness, mindfulness and resilience.
I have a special interest working with the physical symptoms & manifestations that can arise from such conditions as:
– Anxiety & Depression
– Chronic/Mysterious Illness and Pain
– Overwhelm and Stress
– Physical, Emotional or Medical Trauma
The trainings and experience I bring to my practice cover various interwoven focus areas, including trauma recovery, somatic touch, self-regulation skills, and resilience. These focus areas ultimately weave together into a unified somatic approach to touch, awareness, and relationship.
